	RAINING NEED ANALYSIS :
	MANPOWER, TECHNOLOGY, RESOURCES AND TRAINING REQUIREMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IS ANALYZED.

	CURRICULAR DEVELOPMENT :
	CURRICULA FOR NEWLY EMERGED TRADES AND QUALITY STANDARDS ARE DEVELOPED


2.	CRAFT TRAINING & SERVICES

	NATIONAL VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (NVQ):
	CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIANS ARE IDENTIFIED AT DISTRICT LEVEL THROUGH RECOGNITION OF THEIR PRIOR LEARNING AND NVQ CERTIFICATES ARE AWARDED BY ASSESSMENT OF COMPETENCIES.

	REGISTRATION OF CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIANS:
	SOCIAL RECOGNITION FOR THE PROFESSIONS IS ASSURED BY REGISTRATION OF CRAFTSMEN AND SSUING AN IDENTITY OF NATIONAL RECOGNITION.
