Advisory Areas

A separate division has been set up for Advisory Services and the activities of the division are as follows.

	Advise on Procurement of construction work and engagement of consultants
	Advise on ICTAD Standard Bidding Documents
	Providing expert advisory services on issues related to project implementation through regular consultations established at ICTAD premises supported by industry experts
	Advise on Contract Administration and Disputes
	Facilitating / Mediating / Adjudicating for resolving disputes
	Advise on Reimbursement of fluctuation of cost of inputs using ICTAD formula method. The price and cost indices are published monthly in Bulletin of Construction Statistics for this purpose.
	Advise and provide independent opinions in dealing with claims
	Provision of project management and consultancy services on chosen small scale projects
	Provision of independent reports, coordination of commissioning and handing over of chosen projects
	Develop / revies / translation of ICTAD Publications
	Advise on Standard Method of measurements
	Conduct seminars on project Implementation
