ICTAD Pool of Adjudicators

Adjudication is a unique dispute resolution process for resolving construction disputes arising under construction contracts or otherwise with the primary purpose of relatively straightforward fast track resolution. The binding effect of an adjudicator’s determination is made clear in SBD documents.
